About Ann Marie McManus

Ann Marie McManus is a name well-known in Real Estate. An Augusta native, Ann Marie has over 4 decades of Real Estate expertise to guide her clients to good life decisions. Prior to Real Estate, Ann Marie performed classical ballet and traveled across small towns and cities in both the United States and Europe. Throughout this chapter of her life, she was able to contrast the quality of life in these places to that of her hometown of Augusta. Ann Marie then continued her training and academic accomplishments by graduating from the College of Charleston with academic honors, all while dancing with the Charleston Ballet. Ann Marie's discipline, drive, innate ability to be quick on her feet, and network in Augusta made her the ideal agent to represent buyers and sellers.

 

Today, Ann Marie maintains her status as one of Augusta's top real estate professionals with a sales record of 2200+ homes. Ann Marie continually participates in training and holds more credentials in Real Estate than any other high-producing Real Estate Agent in Augusta including Certified Residential Specialist, Staging Design Professional™, Graduate REALTORS® Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Ann Marie created a book titled 'Love Your Move: My Proven System For Selling Homes At Top Price' to guide clients through the process that she has seen result in higher net proceeds. She has also participated in coaching and training through the Mike Ferry Organization for 30+ years. Ann Marie has curated her team mindfully with the knowledge that they strive for success and commit to representing each client with the utmost respect, professionalism, and personalization so that they may understand the meaning of the good life in Augusta. When Ann Marie is not with her clients, she enjoys all that Augusta has to offer with her husband of over 35 years, Gene, and their five grown children.

 

Ann Marie and her team support Heritage Academy and also Turn Back the Block, a non-profit organization that works on a block-by-block basis to create affordable homeownership opportunities where abandoned homes and vacant lots once stood. She is an involved member of the Housing Committee for the Augusta, Georgia Homeless Task Force.
